Terms governing the use of services provided by Gguge Teachers Inc.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Gguge Teachers Inc. (the "Company") and users in connection with the education services and related services (the "Services") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Services" means all services provided by the Company, including AI and robotics education programs, equipment supply, teacher training, and operating consulting.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)
These Terms apply to every user of the Services. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and will provide advance notice of the effective date and reason for any change.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
The Company may modify the Services as required by operational or technical needs, including class environment, equipment availability, or instructor scheduling, with advance notice of the changes and reasons.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and notices from the Company, and must not interfere with the Company's operations.
Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable when the Services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications outages.
